Do I just spray directly on my baby’s face or can I use a cottonball and dab it on there?

Hello, you just need to spray directly on the face and allow to dry. There is no harm if it gets into the eyes or mouth. I have used on my 19 month old since a baby.Spraying on a cotton ball will contaminate the solution and may affect the efficacy. This is a really great product. I recommend anyday. I always have handy.

I bought two bottles and both expiring in 9 months. seriously? why not sending expired one as well. very unhappy.

Your question has a language barrier- so it doesn’t make sense

Should I apply a moisturizer immediately after this spray?

All though it is not necessary you can apply a gentle non irritating moisturizer. I use one that is not sold on Amazon that works wonders for Eczema.
