How many ml does the small hold?

If I’m not mistaking anywhere from 10-20ml I have a small and even on heavy days after 2 hours my cups isn’t half full

Are these latex free?

Yes, they are made of medical-grade silicone

The lena cups hurt me really bad, too hard & thick I'm thinking. Will this brand be a better option for me or will they be too thick & hard as well?

Yes, I felt the same way about the Lena cup too. It hurt so much to have it inside. EcoBlossom has been a great alternative. Would highly recommend!
