Size:Medium  |  Color:Navy These super soft seamless socks are perfect for kids with low profile bracing such as SMO's or UCBL's. SmartKnit SMO Interface Socks help reduce pressure and increase compliance. Core-Spun yarns with Lycra and form-fitting design result in children's socks that 'hug' the foot like a second skin -- they don't wrinkle or bunch. The non-binding Halo top fits comfortably without slipping down the leg. Moisture wicking properties help move moisture away from the skin and provide a comfortable coolness. Their heel-less design allows a fit at various heights - adjust your size selection according to how far up the leg you want or need the sock to go.

Quality and Value
High quality is necessary for maintaining skin integrity. Daughter wears smart knit brand daily with orthotics. Never had an issue.

Fit as described
The socks were exactly what I ordered and serve the purpose that they were bought for. They were also not too expensive

Quality sock just get right size!
I bought these socks for my son after the orthtist highly recommended them to wear with SMOs. The sizing for socks is horrible. There is a video that supposedly shows you how to buy the right sock. I bought a pair based on that video and they are way too short. My child wears a 9.5 size shoe and the small was too small and short. They are well made and seamless. Would be great for a child with SPD.
