What are the outside dimensions of this framed print?

Hi, the outside is 15.5" X 15.5".

Is the painting metallic paint or flat/matte?

It is printed on a luster canvas, and while it's not metallic ink, gives the impression of metallic.

What are the outside dimensions of this framed print?

I gave this print to a friend and don't remember the dimensions. However, I can give him a call and have him measure and get back to you, if you wish.

Beautiful frame and art

I love collecting art.. but had no room for another large scale item, this I ordered as smaller size which was perfect where I put it. The story behind this picture was important to me and how it was part of Austrian govt/gallery for years and how was returned to rightful owner after nazis took it. Real picture in New York City in museum . Colors are beautiful and must say the frame is beautiful too!
