is this hat a good size for a child? 3year old? Or will it be too big?

It was a little big on my 2 yr old so it should fit 3 yr old perfect.

Will it fit a 25 year old? My friend asks for it for xmas but looks small

It fit head and i'm in my 50s. Unless they have a large head, I think it would fit :)

Would this fit over a teen's ski helmet?

No I don’t think it would fit over a ski helmet. It fit my head well.
