Chuck wobbles, Odd sized carry case holder. Charger a lot smaller and not the one advertised.
I received this today but it seems to have been opened and the charger swapped out for a smaller one and the batteries are too small to be held securely in the carry case. A bit of a disappointment with regards to the carry case. See video and pics Update: when I went to use the drill there is a definite wobble. This is very frustrating especially after spending so much money on this. I’ve asked the seller Holywell to provide support on this. See video attached of the wobble

Not for UK usage
This item which was purchased via Amazon UK came with an American charging unit with 2 pin plug and battery. Not sure how an electrical item not rated for UK power made it onto a UK Amazon site. Amazon customer service was very good in assisting with a full refund and courier collection for free.

I received it yesterday now I want to use it, it’s not working at all.
What I like it was delivered ahead of time. What I don’t like it’s not working. I charged the two batteries but it didn’t work. And there’s no manual come with it.

Now I have wanted one of these for years, and I finally broke down and bought one. I chose DeWALT because the price was less than other major tool brands and because I have many DeWALT tools that perform great. This one did not disappoint either. It comes with a few attachments and a carrying bag, which is nice, but I did buy a multitude of bits from a different manufacturer so I’d have a larger selection. From what I’ve found, bits are interchangeable for most of the multitools out there, and deWALT accepts them too! Overall a great buy!
