Easy to take, excellent variety of ingredients that really make a difference
Love there tablets, easy to take with a smooth coating that allows you to swallow easily if preferred, easy to chew no unpleasant taste or smell. Bought these to aid bone strength and muscle recovery having a physical job and they seem to be doing the trick, i can honestly say my sleep quality has improved and i seem to recover quicker from very physical work days. These tabs have a very good array of ingredients focusing on bone, muscle, immune system and overall wellbeing. Great product at a very good price, would not be without them now.

Content is perfect as im getting everything in one tablet. They are big though to swallow so split in half for ease of taking

They are like horse pills to be honest but, definitely worth the struggle to get them down. My partner definitely feels better since taking them and seem to be sleeping better. My seasonal disorder also doesn't feel as bad as previous years so it's a thumbs-up from us.

Great for night cramps
Purchased these for the magnesium as I was suffering from Regular night cramps in my thigh. They really have helped. When I take them regular the cramps dissappear, if I run out the cramps come back within about a week. I make sure now I don't run out ! I've been taking them for a couple of years now .

Impossible to swallow!
How are you meant to swallow these!? Broke them in half and still nearly choked twice! Am yet to see if they have any effect.

They work for me, I’m on second order of these also recommended to my friend who has also ordered some after trying mine, I would recommend but snap them in half and drink plenty of water after taking them as they caused a little heart burn without water for both of us, it may be a coincidence though!
