Very tasty , not too salty

Will definitely order again! First, the caviar was very, very well packaged in ice packs and foam - cold to the touch when opened! Spreads well and keeps its body and egg consistency - presents well, as it should. Taste is just as I would have expected and several first timers to caviar liked the taste. The one difference from the sturgeon Russian is the eggs are softer, and do not pop, when eaten. Overall, the taste, presentation/look, freshness, and easy ordering and great packing won me over!

Excellent value to get your caviar fix...

I had never tried caviar and it was on my bucket list so I tried it... dude don't get me wrong a like eating a nice fried fish or some sushi this stuff has a special unique flavor about it.. maybe I didn't know how to eat it right. But the rich people eat it. All I have to say is leave for the rich people with there posh style.. it tastes like a rotten fish for me but that my taste buds talking and they dont talk like everyone else so try them u might like them or you might not. But everything is worth trying once

OMG, this is amazing caviar! Packaged well with the appropriate icepacks, and of course, I couldn't wait to try it! Loved the mild taste on a blini, and will take to a lunch party this weekend.

Clearly overpriced for the least expensive type of caviar (Hackleback) and the amount received; I will never buy from this vendor again.

Great quality and flavor, i love it with creme fraiche and Fritos!

And the keep fresh packaging was excellent. Caviar arrived still very cold and ready for consumption. Unfortunately, I discovered that I don't like caviar - I ordered this on a whim - and just found it very odd tasting.
