My favorite ones, easily digestable, easy to use on the go, very tasty, not super-sweet, which is what you want on those prolonged training sessions.

My wife and I both love these. Strawberry and Pineapple are our favorite flavors. You feel good and do good but then you take one of these and you feel and do better. Faster, farther with more power! And they’re bigger but then you don’t need to follow it up instantly with a giant squirt of water. They’re isotonic and quite liquid-y so all you need is these for fueling and your bottle for hydrating.

I’ve used SIS Isotonic Energy Gels during long runs, bike rides, and races, and they stand out for one simple reason: they’re easy to take when effort is high. The isotonic formula means no extra water is needed, which makes a real difference during intense or hot sessions. They go down smoothly, aren’t thick or sticky, and don’t leave that heavy feeling in your stomach that many gels do. Energy delivery is fast and noticeable, but not harsh. It’s a clean boost that helps maintain effort rather than causing a spike and crash. I’ve had zero GI issues using these, even late in long workouts. Flavor is light and not overly sweet, which matters when you’re taking multiple gels over time. The packaging is also easy to open while moving. The apple flavor isn't too sweet or candy-like, thankfully. Like you don't feel your teeth are going to instantly rot out when you "drink" this stuff. Seems to work well for recharging on a ride, but if you take in too many of these without something more substantial you're stomach might ache a little. I would prefer that they design the packaging so it's very unlikely the opening will tear off. I had to be super careful not to create two pieces of packaging on my ride (and thus end up littering or risking falling off my gravel bike).

Easy to swallow being isotonic, which is very convenient while running or biking, they proide great energy for any type of workout.

Love these for the end of a long run when my hydration is questionable and am tired of gels. They are gut friendly and act quickly, I usually take two to three in the third and fourth hours of my long run/rides.

Great gel to use in emergencies where you can't find water. It's too heavy and large to carry many of them for long runs, over 20 miles.

The box was opened and missing a pack of supplement. I would like missing supplement posted to me. Once received, I will change review.
