I am looking for replacement headphone for an old yamaha keyboard prs-185 will these work?

Yes! I believe the Yamaha prs-185 has a 1/4" earphone output jack so you will need to use a 1/8" to 1/4" adapter and these headphones comes with a 1/8 to 1/4 adapter. Actually, a friend of mine who plays both guitar and keyboard in his church ensemble has ordered several sets for his groups use.

Does it have built-in mic and audio control ?

No. The wires from the headset go directly to the plug, period.

I bought them, but what's the impedance? lookin' all over and i can't find. i'm sure it's normal and reasonable, but i want to use with a mini amp.
