Mushrooms Rule !
This book goes though many mushrooms and gives you the health benefits of each. I wish the book had a summary chart identifying mushrooms and their benefits.

Overpriced. This is what I would expect from a $0.99 kindle purchase.Self-published..with only (31) pages of information...in a (42) page book.Often sites "studies", but no references or acknowledgements.Don't waste your time.

Very basic and disappointing book. Mushroom supplements deserve to be covered in much more depth. Found this book to be a complete waste of time and money.

Pathetic, Only 38 pages long and some of those ...
Pathetic, Only 38 pages long and some of those are blank. The "book" does not go into detail on any of the mushrooms that it covers and skims over each. You can gleam more information off of Wikipedia than this "book". Save your money and do not buy it.
