Not a Keto Cookbook
It is my opion that the marketing for this book was intentionally misleading. I've not used it, because it didn not have the food combinations I expected.

Save your Money, this book is useless
This was a waste of money. It does not list the nutritional value, it is not REALLY an Ideal Protein book, it doesn't tell you how much is a serving.Save your money, don't buy this book.

Says Ideal Protein - FULL of carbs!
Joined Ideal Protein for weight loss which is a twist on Keto. Took a look at this book to find some recipes and they all have a huge dose of carbs! You can't do keto with whole wheat pasta and flour tortillas and all purpose flour. Waste of time. At least it was free so I'm not out any money.

This book is the exact same word for word as “the ideal protein cookbook for beginners” by Robert Gonzalez! Rip off, poor quality and which one is original.. who knows… both sold on Amazon

It was informative.
A good book. Good information on protein. Most recipies were easy to prepare . But for people who are on the go it's not a recommended book.
