I bought a car from someone and it smells like dog. will i need one or two of these for an ford explorer with three rows of seats?

Depending on the severity of the smell, you can use one or two Pet Odor Absorbers. Each Absorber is formulated to absorb Odor in up to 450 square feet. Many people use two to speed up the Odor Absorption process even in smaller spaces such as an SUV.

I had one last year and it worked like a charm. i got one i. march and tried to use it in june. it didn’t work. does it expire?

They do not work to begin with, you had the placebo affect from the first one, the second one was the same as the first; pointless.
