Is the 50 pounds broken up into smaller packages? If not, would be hard to refrigerate after opening.

If you follow the correct instructions as stated you can  Repackage this item. Make sure you have mylar bags & oxygen absorbers.
 Use gloves and a measuring cup and scoop out the eggs and port into the bags and seal them with an oxygen absorber inside. You can make your own oxygen absorbers by buying silica gel cat litter yes cat litter but check it is only silica gel  Nothing else inside of it and you can fold it into a coffee filter and staple the edges. They can also be recharged after using so don't throw them away at 3 hours in the oven at 140ﾟ it will recharge the oxygen absorbers and you'll put them into a sealable bag and use a food sealer a professional food grade sealer to close it.
 If a person could not break it down into smaller packages they would be no reason to buy a 50 pound Box! I hope this helped
You can even DE hydrate your own but do so at your own risk. You blend up 8 eggs in a blender and pour it into the fruit roll up trays in a DE hydrate or. DE hydrate for 12 hours overnight it will be dry you then take a coffee grinder and grind it up and then dry it again for another couple hours to make sure there's no moisture and package it wrapped in a paper bag and sealed in a plastic bag.
There are videos on YouTube on how to do this though the FDA doesn't recommend it I hope this house
