Fair question. I am headed down to the store to purchase one right now for retail ($250). They have two in stock (well one now since I purchased one and am doing curbside pickup). If anyone is in the Denver area Microcenter is your place.

The cable is usb-c at the yoke and usb-a at the pc

When will the throttle quadrant be released?

That's a good question. Supposed to be 2020 but I have not seen any updates on their web site so who knows.
