Can you fold the drone's arms with the landing gear installed?

Yes. You can... Just be conscience of where the blades are. BUT... If you have the carrying case you do have to remove the landing gear which is no big deal anyway. Buy them. They're a must have.

Will this work with the mini se?

Yes,this landing gear can fit for DJI Mini SE /Mini 2/Mavic Mini.

Does it interfere with bottom sensors (e.g. palm landing)?

It works fine, all sensors clear.

Will the added weight reduce flying time/distance?

yes, but it will reduce flight time by about 1 minute
