This product looks lovely and made well. The only negative point in the appearance was that stitch length seemed long making it look as if it may not last. Both top and bottom fabrics are a nice grey and are lined in wadding. In the middle of the wadding was a denser core of wadding - that may be cotton.Remember the description says 'pad'...This product would be good to be a mattress topper in the same way as a memory foam topper or maybe if you are sleeping on a soft carpet but on a hard floor there isn't enough resistance in the core filling to provide any support.Good value for money as a pad/ mattress topper but I'm afraid 1 will be buying upholstery foam to go inside.When it arrived it was 2cm thick and even if it does fill out .. it would not be supportive enough as a guest mattress.
