Saved our guts many times
Husband had a lifelong intestinal issue and this solved the problem, he had to take it daily first few weeks then weekly now years later he takes it a few times a year. I’m currently treating an ulcer with it. We use it as cocci and parasite prevention in goats. It’s amazing stuff!

This does gel when added to hot water
This powder does gel in water, although not quite as much as another brand I've used. It has a bit of a bark taste also, go figure! (more so than the other previously used brand). For the low price on a full pound I'm completely happy with my purchase.

This is the best Slippery elm Bark powder we have ever used in the past 10years!IT has perfect texture, flavor and works to soothe as well as heal the throat, esophagus and stomach lining!!

I would be in much worse shape after throat cancer surgery without this soothing, healing slime..I love it..used it for decades before I really needed it

Quality hit and miss
The Wildcrafted version is the only one my wife can tolerate. The taste is perfect, it gels up as it should. Great for BM..Update 2.16.20:We recently ordered this product again. The taste is harsh and it causes stomach upset. In the website description, it says 100% guaranteed. When I tried to return it, it says it is not returnable or refundable.

Gluten free?
Product shipped quickly. Seems like a fresh product. Only problem is that I have experienced diarrhea since using this product. Not sure if it is gluten free ( I have celiac disease, so cross contamination is an issue). Other products by this company are labeled gluten free, but the wild variety doesn’t seem to be.
