Second update- As promised, we quickly received a new jump rope and this one seems as anticipated and will provide great workouts. I will update if things change. Most notable is the service--I will definitely purchase from this company if the need arises. -Update- My issue below was met with excellent customer service without a lot of effort from me--I was contacted directly and asked what happened and then was immediately offered a replacement. Clearly, they are confident in their product and care that others are too. I anticipate a positive update to follow as the first workout with the rope promised great workouts. -Original Complaint- Got one excellent workout in and then tried to readjust it for my wife and the screws would no longer thread properly or hold position, making it dangerous and therefore useless. Perhaps I got a defective product?

Better off buying 8$ worth of rope from a hardware store. Cheap, handles are weak, cable is too light to make the bearings swing in the handles so it just messes you up.

One of the screws that maintains proper length came out on my second use, I'd like to request that another part be sent rather than returning the rope but I will return if necessary. Thank you.

One of the first times I used it, I tightened the adjusters down as much as I could... and one of them came off while jumping rope and went flying. I never did find it (it went over the neighbor's fence). I had to tie a knot to replace it. It's nice and light, though, which is great.

If you’re like me, I absolutely hate running and most cardio for that matter - so instead, I get my cardio via jump roping. This is a great tool to add for any workout and it’s so easy to travel with. I highly recommend this particular speed rope.

Horriblw quality, The thumb screws flew away mid jump within the second or third time using it.

The rope is too light. I'm used to jumping ropes having a little weight to ti.
