Great punch bag👍🏻
A great punch bag from the seller. You can customise the size you would like and the colour. It comes with all the attachments required for hanging from a ceiling joist or indeed from a pole. You can fill it with various dry soft materials, I opted to cut up loads of old clothes and sheets destined for the charity shops. You get a really dense fill this way. This bag weighs in at about 25kg with the filling I’ve used.Thank you for the great product 😊🙏🏻

It’s ok
The photo is misleading. I thought a full boxing bag would arrive not just a bag... & took a long time
