ZAYAAN HEALTH Classic Balance Digital Thermometer High Accuracy Fast Response Rigid Sensor Tip, Blue

Accurate, easy to use and fast reading

Accurate

This company price gauged a thermometer to take advantage of the Covid-19 crisis. The thermometer itself is a flimsy piece of plastic with one singular button that turns the device on and off. the description boasts all these various features and measurement changes. I work in the tech world so I'm savvy with these sorts of things. This device did none of what it promised. Also the unit worked ONE time before it shut off permanently from a dead battery that cannot be replaced. ZAYAAN HEALTH was messaged for a refund and they provided me with nothing for weeks - finally a rep reached out to me and told me to leave my house during the pandemic, stick the used thermometer in an envelope and mail it back to them for internal testing. Because clearly thats a sane thing to do during a pandemic. (sarcasm)Avoid this product like the plague. Companies like this should be taken off of Amazon.

This is a decent basic product - takes awhile for readout, but it does the job. Prompt delivery was much appreciated.

Did not work properly from the minute I tried to test it. Had to jump through hoops to try to return it. When finally got the ok to return to seller found out I had to pay return shipping fees. Had to be mail to China and would cost $2.50 more than what I paid for product. I check the battery that was installed in the item, it was all rusty. Going to write it off as lessoned learned. This is a total scam from the start, let buyer be ware.

It came opened out of a package, I cleaned it really well and it works so thats ok

Fast delivery, reasonable return procedures. Having said that, I've said it all. I took a chance on this because it had a 5 star review. That must have been phony, because the day I got this thermometer I took my temperature three times: 94.7, 96.3, 96.7. After the third inaccurate reading I filled out the form to return for credit.

This thermometer took an overlong time between ordering and receiving. It comes from China, as everything ordered from China takes a really long time. But that aside, the thermometer won't read above 94 degrees. Basically, it a failure and you should not order it.
