I am 34 pants size which one would fit me best , like no too big undearwear to wear ?

Abraham I would go a next size bigger so as the underwear is not so snug. Calvin Klein size chart shows that if you have a waist size of 32"-34", then your a medium. The next size larger would be for you 36"-38" which is a large. My waist size is 40"-42" XL so I purchased an 2XL and they are comfortable for me. They are not a loose fitting underwear. I hope this helps you out.

What is the length of the boxer from top to bottom?

It depends on what style your comfortable with .They come in reg. and short length, and trunk in the boxer brief.

does this model have functional fly?

Yes, but there is some shrinkage!

Do the Calvin Klein short leg have a functional fly if nature calls?

Yes, they have a fly that you can use without taking them down.
