I just starting to use it, but it doesn't do anything useful. No wax is removed. The suction seems to be very weak. I think it is a waste of money. I'm wondering if the earlier reviews were genuine, as they don't reflect reality.

Ear hole cleaner is very easy to use. It's very soft and comfortable to dig ears. It makes people feel like experiencing God's life. It is also very safe for children to use this product, and there will be no dangerous situation. The price is very favorable, civilian price, and I love this business too much.

I wrote wax, but its a combination of wax and mucus from my nose and its not gone. This is a good idea but it didn't work for me and my right ear is still blocked. If I could go to a professional I would, but they are all closed because of Covid 19.

I ordered this product to help clear wax from my right ear since I was unable to secure a doctor's appointment quickly enough. It has currently been completely impacted for a week, resulting in inability to hear through that ear. So I thought I'd give this a go. It's definitely not suitable for that purpose.When I received it, I set it up and pressed the power button. It was already clear that while it might be okay to use inside a child's ear when there is no infection or significant buildup, there simply isn't enough suction power to vacuum much wax out at all. The device is easy enough to assemble, although I'd argue that the battery compartment is quite fiddly - there is a useful storage area for spare batteries, but it's not all that easy to take the in-use batteries out and insert new ones.The plastic nozzles are straight-forward and easy to clean, but the whole thing just isn't very powerful. Requested a refund, and the product is on its way back to the seller.

Don’t believe the 5 star reviews. I would doubt the ‘author’ This simply does not work and there is no suction. It says you can remove a filter but this is a whole section of plastic and non removable. Disappointed when I’m in so much pain with blocked ears. Gutted.

This product is not fit for purpose. There is no suction whatsoever - maybe I got a dud, but this thing does not have any suction at all. I ha to eturn it. Very simple, made in China, makes a loud noise, comes with extra batteries (it takes six round batteries) and has a torch type light, but doesn't work.
