Question 1

what percentage of Immunoglobulins ?

Accepted Answer

One thing to note is that immunoglobulins are only one factor to what makes colostrum amazing. Whole first milking colostrum can vary from 15% to 24% IgG (IgA, IgM, IgE, and IgD, are also found in colostrum). The only way to increase the IgG content is to boost it with bovine serum, or remove something else, typically thats it’s lipids. Adding in additional IgG’s pushes other important factors in colostrum out but removing its fats allow
for more space. Additional IgG can fill some of this space but the fat that is removed is critical to colostrum’s protection through the digestive process. Colostrum is absorbed in the lower intestine so it needs protection from digestive enzymes. IgG content can be increased once the natural fats (lipids) are removed but it has to be treated with an aftermarket lipid to ensure it’s efficacy. Skimming colostrum and treating it with a liposomal spray has shown to be effective. TBR’s colostrum is a natural whole colostrum and their m.o. has always been “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”. A true balance of whole colostrum’s components, the way it was naturally designed, has been shown to offer the widest array of healthy benefits. Focusing just on immune health (the reason Immunoglobulins are important), means less focus on gut and organ health, improved skin, tendons, ligaments, increased lean muscle tissue, increased metabolism, better nutrient absorption, vitality, and other reasons that colostrum can benefit the body. Hope that’s helpful.

Natural. First Milking. Pure.

Question 2

Is this product from organic, grass-fed cows?

Accepted Answer

The label says antibiotic and hormone free. It doesn't specify that it's grass fed or organic. You might want to go to their website to know for sure. I can tell you that this is the best colostrum I have ever used so far. Of course I stopped trying brands after I had this one.

Question 3

Our (gelatin) whole first milking colostrum is collected from hundreds of US Grade A Dairies and processed using the most gentle processes available to ensure untouched bioavailability and efficacy.
