What are the ingredients?

Been using this product keyway for 50 some years and find it one of the best on the market as far as the ingredients it depends on what one you’re talking about but it’s safe you have nothing to worry about. What is the neutral shine for? Is it a color or clear or... ?

It's brings out the shine of the shoes your applying it too. Also you can buff out scratches, I like it because the natural shoe color it at times better

Does this waterproof the leather also?

No shoe polish does not waterproof leather it helps to protect the leather. There are specific products that do waterproof leather and they say so
