Good Quality
Love this item. Now I don't have to handle the filthy one at my gym. Washes easily in a dishwasher.

Good quality rope
Perfect for working single arm triceps. Rope is a great length (wouldn't mind it a tad shorter).Used to tie a longer rope in a knot to make a single. This product saves the time and the headache doing so.

Great product
This is a must for everyone who has a Total Gym and wants to build big triceps. This is my favorite attachment and since I got it my arms have grown a quarter inch in 4 weeks. Amazing product!

Commercial Gym Quality
Got this for my home gym. It's identical in quality to what you can find at Golds Gym or LA Fitness. 10/10 recommend for isolation movements to balance out imbalances.
