Light clear tip helps me see the needle depth clearly. The seven round liner stayed sharp for a whole session. Smooth edges, less trauma for the client.

A solid 3.9/5 Overall a decent product for the price tag. Mostly good, some bad. Like most off brand amazon tattoo supplies I wouldn't recommended tattooing human skin with these cartridges, though I'm positive you could. I believe they are genuinely sterilized and sealed for the most part; I'll go into this later. The actual cartridge itself has notable build quality (again, for the price point). Not cheap feeling at all. The box it came in is absolutely beautiful, worth keeping for storing miscellaneous tattoo/art supplies. They actually line and shade pretty well, the membrane is pretty ridgid and seems pretty sturdy from my experience. I think it's fair to say that the quality of your lines or shading has more to do with the artist behind the machine than the cartridge or the machine itself. Some of the larger liners and shaders have some questionable grouping, possibly bent needles? Be sure to visually inspect your cartridge before running it, and use at your own risk. One drawback that took points away for me was the round liners spitting ink out of the tip; I only experienced this with one 7RL, I haven't tested another. Another issue I notice with a couple of these cartridges is the packaging either being brittle, torn or broken. Be mindful when selecting a cartridge and always check for a broken seal. The convenience of a large box of assorted cartridges is absolutely worth every penny spend on this. It's a great segway into familiarizing yourself with cartridges and needles. It's also a good way to practice up without blowing your whole paycheck in needles. In summary: • Good build quality • Actually lines and shades well • Some cartridges will spit ink • Some sterilized packs arrived split or ripped Totally worth the money. I would recommend these to apprentices, aspiring tattoo artists and scratchers alike. Good stuff. Fair price.

1st few needles were broken, finally tried one that wasn't broken but didn't work well. I'll stick to my other brand.
