The listed measurements are total length: 10.43 in. width: 5.98 in. weight: 65.2g. which do not match picture measurements. which one is true?

The item is 27” long with handles it’s approx 36”. It’s folded in 3 so I expect measurement given is for the length of plastic cover it is in.

Would this be suitable to apply a balm to my back?

Yes,it works well.Just hand wash it when it gets a bit gummed up with lotion .

Can i use this with scrubbing cream ?

I dont see why not. It might reduce the product life but it works well with and liquid/cream product.
