Can I use it underwater?

It waterproof but don’t put it underwater

What is the smallest size the waist strap will adjust to?

I wore it as a cross body bag and not around my waist. But it probably at the smallest was about 20'-22 inches

What are the dimensions of the largest pocket?

Longest zipper is 6.5” long, but the pouch is much larger @8” and 4+” deep…But remember, it’s not squared off. My iphone 12 fits in easily.
