What can I use to wash off copper mate flux??

You can use anything that cuts grease. Personally, I use CJ's flux remover, but you can also use window cleaner or even dish soap. Just don't soak your panel. Happy glassing!

Is this flux white in color?

No, this paste flux look like caramel color - Regards, Rainbow

Would this work to braze join copper wire to copper sheets with 46% silver solder?

I don’t know. I use it to make jewelry from ceramic dinnerware. I cut pieces out of it and apply copper foil (it is sticky on the back), the I apply the solder.

Great Flux-Hard to Find-Expensive

Best I’ve used. It’s water based but works like acid flux. Use a separate brush with this flux to clean your joints a bit then wipe. They will look nice! 97-3 solder works best with it and melts at a lower temperature.

Best flux out there

This stuff is amazing. Knocks all other fluxes out of the park. I use it for commercial/industrial pipe projects and get comments all the time about how clean the solder joints come out. Highly recommend!

Best flux ever

I've been a stained glass artist for 19 years. This is the best flux I have ever used. A little goes a long way. Easy enough to clean. Stays where you put it.
