How long can the battery life last with the car turned off?

About 5 seconds. If you buy the smart hardware kit, then you can turn it on when the car is off, and the camera will stay on unless the car battery depleted beyond a certain level.

What high endurance memory card is recommended for this ?

As stated in the product description: Card Recommendations: Kingston Canvas Go! Plus MicroSD / Kingston Canvas React Plus MicroSD / SanDisk High Endurance MicroSD NOTE: Please don't use SanDisk Ultra cards with our cameras.

Does anyone have this in a 19-23 Rav4? Wonder what it looks like with the big screen on the Rav

The screen is not that big. I have a jeep Cherokee trail hawk and it looks fine. I just put it to the side rather than below the rear view.

My Rexing S1 dashcam came with backup camera trying see if it well work on V2pro dashcam

No. I have a Rexing with a rear camera as well but the V2pro only has a connection for a GPS unit.
