I bought this a couple of months ago for my sons 10th Birthday and we have been bothering the neighbours with it ever since. I took it out onto the road in front of our house as it’s really quiet and I forgot to put some weight on it and a gust of wind knocked it over, and damaged the rim. Absolutely my mistake but we were gutted, so I contacted the seller The same day and asked if it was possible to buy a replacement rim And was told as they had a few spare they would send me one for free! I really didn’t expect this and I would still be happy to pay but the fact that they responded so quickly and actually that they stock spares is amazing. My son and myself are really grateful and will definitely look to your website for other good that you offer. Thanks

The northernstone basketball hoop has been a great buy. Easy to put together and of very good quality. The boys have spent many hours in the back garden having fun and burning off some of their excess energy to great effect. You can adjust the height of the hoop which is a great feature if you want to practise your dunks. Very sturdy and stable base. Highly recommended.

Really pleased with the outdoor basketball stand/hoop. We bought it for my 12 year old daughter who loves it. Only gave 4 star rating as it was a bit of a pain to assemble, but with a bit of patience it was worth it. Very study and easy to move around the garden.

Bought this basket ball hoop system a few years ago and it's good but things started to go wrong which is expected over time. Then one of my sons friends broke the back board while trying to shoot and it was more or less useless from this point. I contacted Stanley at NORTHERN STONE and asked if it's possible to get a replacement backboard. He was unbelievably kind and sent us a hoop system that had been returned as faulty from another customer free of charge and said we could use the parts we needed from the previously returned hoop system. What amazing customer service. Highly recommend. Thanks again Stanley!!!

The main thing is that this is like a real basketball hoop, which was a concern I had when ordering. A proper bit of kit, that was pretty easy to set up, including the spring loaded hoop. Adjusting the height is a bit of a pain and takes two of you, but I think the method used for this hoop does increase the solid feel of it. The weld on the hoop did break on mine, but I made the manufacturer aware and they sent me a replacement within 48 hours of asking - very impressive customer service. If you want a basketball hoop for the garden I would highly recommend this one.

Item came quickly and is of excellent quality... instructions are only ok and had to redo several steps a number of times as easy to make a mistake...very happy with purchase and can’t fault retailer....Better to put sand in base as water may not be enough especially when at full height. Easy to adjust and my kids love it

This is a great basketball post, as my son grew he was breaking all other basketball posts but this is so sturdy. It wasn’t too easy to assemble but with two people it should make assembling easier

Excellent bball hoop, looks great and v sturdy (fully filled the tank with water). Feels like a bit of a steal for the money (I paid £129). Someone mentioned that holes didn't line up to attach pole to board...but you just need to loosen the 2 plates, pull them away from the board a bit and re-tighten. Would definitely recommend.

Sono molto soddisfatto. Vengo da un precedente modello di altro produttore che stando diversi anni esposto alle intemperie ha subito ruggine nei pezzi metallici e vetrificazione della plastica del tabellone ( con conseguente frantumazione). Ce l'ho da poco quindi solo il tempo mi consentirà di valutare però posso già dire che al montaggio mi è sembrato di qualità superiore. Tabellone in resina rinforzato posteriormente con inquadratura in metallo tubolare, molle ammortizzanti tra anello e tabellone, robustezza del palo. Unica perplessità: la base che fa da contrappeso, anche riempita di acqua, mi sembra sottodimensionata rispetto alla mole (in peso e in altezza) del prodotto. Vedremo. Comunque, nel complesso, sono doddisfattissimo

Tempi di spedizione rispettati. Davvero un ottimo prodotto, visto anche il costo abbordabile. La struttura è davvero robusta oltre che bella dal punto di vista estetico. Il montaggio è sicuramente un po' faticoso, ma fattibile e non eccessivamente complicato. Mi sento di raccomandarne vivamente l'acquisto.

Ho dato una stella perchè mancavano delle viti. Mio marito ha lavorato un pochino per sistemare il canestro, nel senso che ha dovuto acquistare il materiale mancante e poi montarlo, ma il canestro era assolutamente da restituire. Io non lo consiglio per niente.

Si è rotto già uno dei ganci che tiene retina ma è possibile dopo appena più di un mese ???
