What is the best before date on the packaging?

Depends on when you buy it? For example, I bought my current batch on 3 December 2019 and the best before date is 30 September 2021 so that's a 21 months minimum shelf life as the product will have been roasted and packaged before 3 December 2019. Hope that's helpful?

once opened keep in fridge be ok for at least 3 months

Can i ask, is it better once opened to keep the beans in an airtight container in the freezer or not? im new to using coffee beans rather than ground

when we have opened beans we seal with food bag clip keeps them fresh or you could put them in airtight container if you have no clips :-)
