The product and the support that we got for the product was exceptional the original package was missing one screw which prevented the whole fixture from being put together I contacted the seller and they shipped a whole new fixture their support was outstanding the product looks very nice in our home and we really appreciate someone who stands behind their product thank you very much

This product looks nice in the picture and does indeed look nice once its put together. As an electrician this product required many modifications inside the ceiling box to make this work. The directions are very vague and as I was reading the one page instructions, I do believe this was made to the wiring codes in China not the US. Also the paint they used to give it the rustic look was still tacky and came off on my hands while hanging it. Would not recommend

It is good quality materials, looks almost real.My husband spent 2 hours putting it together for me though and he’s great at this kind of stuff.It does have a gap at the top where the pieces connect because the compartment is so full and it’s not sealed.Other than that I love it!

This product is well made. it is less expensive then most other antler chandelier on the net and is well made. The customer service is excellent. the antlers look very real, one of my friends stopped by yesterday and she thought the antlers were real. i am very happy with this purchase if your looking for an antler chandelier this is a very nice one.

I bought this chandelier for my cabin dining room. I received it on time, even though assembling it took a longer time than anticipated, it wasn't difficult. It looks beautiful!! I am very happy with my selection.

The lamp is very beautiful. However, we were unable to use it for our space. The quality is great, and assuming assembly is easy.

I am very disappointed with this product. Instructions to assemble were so small could not read, and the whole outfit was cheap looking. I could not put product together and needed to return. Amazon gave me return instructions which amounted to a cost of shipping of $50.00 since I had to return the product on my dime. It has been at least two weeks since the item has been returned and I have received $0.00 of my $135.00 (without the initial shipping and taxes which amounted to more than $155.00. Since I haven't received any notification from the company on money to be refunded, I surmise I will have to go to a lot to get the money back. DON'T ORDER, UNLESS YOU HAVE THEM ASSEMBLE IT AND DON'T MIND CHEAP. Jane F. T.
