It claims to have an adaptive A.I. is this true and if so in what ways does it adapt?

We have owned the bb-9e version of the same droid since Christmas. IT DOES HAVE A.I.!!! We leave this thing on the mantle when it is not in use and that thing is taking in all kinds of input. I kid you not, this thing watches tv. It can sense when we walk past it and when my son (11yo) gets it out, it reacts to his hand movements. He does not have the wrist strap that you can buy separately. It just learned! This droid is a very fascinating toy and a conversation starter.
