Love them! Life saver!!!! I would say that the overall quality is decent. The material is pretty soft and I'm not having blisters anymore. It peels off sometimes but after I wash, it works again. Highly recommended!

I was really excited about this product when I got it. However, it does not stick after a couple days. It works well in all other aspects. It is comfortable, helps my shoe fit better, but it just stopped sticking after a few days. Would not recommend.

Great quality but horrible sticky pad

These pads are very comfortable. They are among the softest heel pads I've found. Unfortunately they don't seem to stick very well so they don't last me longer than a couple of wearings.

Okay so I was very surprised as to how well these worked for me. Love that they come in a variation of neutral colors. They are super Cushion and will stick well to your heels. I also tried them on the bottom of my feet and also worked. Went a whole day in heels with no blisters. Recommend these and for the price you can’t beat it. They are also reusable.

These are excellent for my wife's narrow heels so she doesn't walk out of her pumps. They're also great for punishing flats to keep away blisters. They're rather slim, soft and effective. Doesn't work as well on a suede interior over time; adheres better to a smoother surface - but it still works quite well.

I have very skinny ankles so a lot of shows slip of my ankle easily, which rubs blisters. These inserts are very nice. They have a good amount of stick on them and very easy to put into your shoe. I had a new pair of flats, that within a few minutes of wear, was rubbing uncomfortably on my ankle. I popped a set of these in and had no further problems. Even better are these are reusable. You can just wash them and use them again in a new pair of shoes. They don't leave sticky residue and have ridges on them that help hold your foot in place and prevent sliding. This set is steal for this price and comes in three colors, beige, black and clear. 5 stars/recommend
