Kind of... hard?
Weird hardish consistency. I love feta cheese, especially in salads, but this one had a hard, crummy feel. It softened up after sitting in my vinaigrette, but I won't buy this brand again.

Needs expiration date
This didn't have an expiration date. That's not good since it's a dairy product.
