I AM enjoying my grounding mat as I watch tv and book reading.

Absolutely love it! I slept with it on my bed as I waited for my large mat to be delivered and within an hour, my body felt the difference and overnight was wonderful. Definitely definitely definitely buy it. I had for knee replacement almost a year ago so I have a lot of stiffness and inflammation especially when it’s cold. This made a huge difference woke up and greatly decreased pain aches. Slept better than I have in a long time. The science behind it is true grounding definitely works if you’re questioning it just order it. It is worth every day which this was reasonably price.

A close friend raved about his grounding mat, and how his wife's irregular heartbeat issues and back pain had been ELIMINATED after a few weeks of use. I bought a small pad to sit on, while online, but the mat didn't work well on my sofa, due to bunching and moving so much. I transferred it to my bed to touch my knees to feet, which is better, but I'm aware of it bunching during the night. Waking with LESS INFLAMMATION AND BACK PAIN after just 2 days, so I know it works! I'm getting another delivered today, which will stretch across the bottom of my bed, and be stabilized by straps provided. Not sure if I'll keep the smaller one, but I might figure out a better placement for it (maybe on the floor, while I'm typing)! You know when go to the beach, barefeet in the sand, staying there for hours... and when you go home you just feel calm, relaxed and happy. Thats what this mat provides. I didnt notice it at first, its an effect I barely noticed. One day it hit me, it gives me the feeling of a nice day at the beach, that serene feeling. Provided subtle but eventualy noticable calming and relaxtion. For the technical parts. Mat is really easy to put away, i jist roll or up and find a safe spot to store it. Its not tiny but its small enough it fit my hall storage cabinet. The cord is long, its white which is a bummer but that makes me recognize it a bit faster so harder to loose. My out of the box use case. I step on this barefoot when ever im working on my computer or other electornics senstive to static. This beats putting on that arm band you then clip to the metal on the case. This mat gives much better range of motion. Just dont take your feet off of it. Mat is large enough I can lie down on it without a shirt on (bare skin is best) and it covers my whole back no problem. When plugged in doesnt feel like its doing anything but it does ground up. Sometimes i sit on this and use it while i meditate (doing the gateeay tapes)

It doesn’t come with any instructions whatsoever. you’re not sure which side to put on the surface and which side you put your body on! I had to go back and look at pictures of the device on Amazon. You don’t feel anything so you’re not sure if it’s really working. My suggestion is if you get one, that has the the voltage/outlet tester. I had to purchase that separate and it’s coming today so how do I feel? I’m not sure just yet, I’m not sure if it’s working or not.

Ended up returning this item as it will not stay in place AT ALL. I wanted it for the bed, but you roll over and it does not stay placed, but scrunches up and takes off!! Material is soft, it was a perfect fit and very durable. Just would not anchor.

I put this underneath my fitted sheet in my bed and it dramatically helps with my water retention and swollen legs and feet and it's very versatile as well where I can move it and put it just under my feet in the living room when I'm either sitting on the couch or where I'm in my art space I just can literally just stand on it while I'm doing some of my pieces and don't have to worry nearly as much about how painful my feet and legs can get from water retention it really seems to help that it also seems to help when I've got a lot of anxious energy going on from being out and about in public in heavy crowds or in places that usually carry tension like say courthouses doctor's offices Walmart things like that where there's lots of people and lots of mixed energies it really helps me ground and center where I don't have near as much mind chatter and irritation and anxiousness it really helps take all that excess energy it also seems to help when I do quite a few tarot readings on getting me back to disperse all that extra that might be lingering I definitely recommend it's real thin it's real easy it's easy to clean it's actually very large for the price and it's nice and good material and it's not too bulky

Someone told me about this miracle mat...watch the movie" earthing the movie" free on YouTube and you will understand why it works... best documentary ever.. I am using this mat now 2 week's... I have almost no more pain, I am very calm and I am sleeping through the night since 24 years the first time. It's almost to good to be true. I RECOMMEND it highly the best $ 46 you will ever spend!!!... I recommend it to my mother in Austria and she bought one and her ringing in her ears and painful legs which she had for over 30 years are gone...who would ever thought that such a simple mat could accomplish what pills and doctors could not cure... when you use the mat in the beginning it might hurt for about a week...my legs started to hurt so bad that I almost stoped.... I am so glad I continued FYI takes out all the inflammation out...I have never give such a long review because it really works I want that everyone feels the same... Old age is not for sissies... with this mat we can look forward to the golden Age.. LoL Sincerely Madlen

I have an electrical background and thought something was fishy when I first saw that it's basically a big mouse pad. Tested it with my multimeter. No connection between the plug end that goes in the wall ground, and the mat when the when is connected. Honestly just buy. Piece of mental, connect a wire to it and jam that into a ground socket. Better yet, just run a wire outside because your ground receptacles are tied to every other ground in the house. There's a reason musicians and sound engineers have isolated grounds. I literally bought this because I had a hunch it wouldn't work. And it doesn't lol. I feel bad for all the people thinking they're getting anything from this product. Seriously. sheet of conductive metal or tape, wire, and grounding rod (outside the house). This is how to properly isolate to ground.
