Also the ingress for actual coaxial cable was not predrilled, so I called company and I got the feeling this particulare unit may have slipped past quality controll, as it should not have required any diy modifications Review: The unit is amazing build quality - The unit is amazing build quality. Unfortunately, it got stuck in the up position on the 2nd day of use and their customer service is non existent. I can not get ahold of anybody. I have been emailing and calling now for 4 days with no response. This is unacceptable for a novelty item that costs this much. Hopefully it will be an easy fix but I won't know until someone calls me back.
