Because my cooking skills are a crime
Thanks to these cards, I can now explain macro vs. micronutrients, even though my actual diet consists of 99% crisps. I can confidently discuss the benefits of a balanced diet while eating biscuits straight from the packet. And most importantly, these cards are helping me get great grades in my exams, despite the fact that Iโm still convinced boiling an egg is advanced cooking.

Good but nothing lifechanging
Helpful and worth buying. Although i do think they are wordy and defiantly revision cards rather than flashcards
