Will this work as a replacement cartridge for La Toscana branded shower faucet? it looks very similar

Hello, Thank you for your interested in our thermostatic cartridge. Please kindly note that each cartridge will need to fit with its outside valave housing. We have no idea on the dimensions of the cartridge used for La Toscana branded shower faucet, we would suggest you asking a replacement cartridge from the original shower faucet manufacturer, or take out the defect cartridge, measure its size to get a same size (or most similar) size from online market. Thank you. Valore Bath&Kitchen

How does this cartridge come out?

Too difficult for me to figure out. A plumber installed three years ago and it works.

Where can i purchase a thermostatic cartridge for the vs-2000 shower panel? i've emailed tonusa and valore and they haven't bothered to reply.

I am having a similar issue. Best bet is to buy a whole new shower panel unit from a more reputable company like Moen, Delta, Grohe, Price Pfister, Standard etc. I have four Valore Panels that I purchased from Costco with both diverted valve and thermostatic valves bad.

The old thermostatic was broken and we were lucky that Amazon carries the part.

This part is not for the amateur plumber. Hire a professional.

Don't waste your money!

This valve allowed crossover between hot & cold water, which caused erratic water temperature & a periodic irritating harmonic sound. I would definitely not recommend this product.

It fits and works, but valve is not exactly as pictured

I spent an extra $15 on this item because it was the only photo on Amazon that matched my old valve exactly. But guess what - even though the shipped valve works OK, it does not look exactly like my old valve - it looks exactly like the cheaper valves which I could have gotten much faster, as well as $15 less. Also, the temperature limiter ring did not fit properly, even though this valve is supposed to be specifically for the Valore shower unit I have. Fortunately, the old ring fit OK, so I was able to use that. Back in operation, but at a penalty in time and $. Hoodwinked!!!
