Great Shoe, Great Service
I bought a pair of these shoes at a store where I could try them on, but was not able to get them in the color I wanted. (Yes, I really loved the shoes' style). I found them here on Amazon at a slightly lower price, but the ones I formerly bought were a size 7, which this site was out of. I ordered a 7.5, as the ones I had already bought were a little tight anyway. They arrived in 3 days at the peak shipping season in good order, and they fit fine. I will try shopping this way again. I did not find a problem with sizing as some have found. They run a little tight I think. If in doubt, order half a size larger.

Very Disappointed
CL by Chinese Laundry Women's Melanie Smooth Wedge Pump I have owned these shoes for a total of 21 days. In that time one of the rubber soles of the shoes has separated itself from the 'body' of the shoe. There is about a two inch portion of the sole that is just flapping around, completely separated from the rest of the shoe.I really like this brand. They have cute shoes and fit pretty well (I had one pair of shoes already from this brand, but I haven't worn them very often). I have a hard time finding shoes that fit, so when I decided to by a couple of pairs of shoes I immediately went looking for CL by Chinese Laundry.Since buying them I have worn them almost every day, and with what has happened already with the sole, I can only conclude that know matter how cute or how well they fit, these shoes/brand are of very poor quality.

These shoes are really cute, but kind of stiff ...
These shoes are really cute, but kind of stiff so after wearing all day, they rubbed blisters on my feet. I am hoping that with time they will not do this.

Nice looking shoe
I wear between an 8-8.5, and ordered these 8.5. I'm glad I did, 8 would probably have been too small. They're taking a little while to break in, I've worn them a few times now, and am still getting blisters along the top sides of my feet. I'm hoping that will go away soon, because these are really cute. The heel height is nice, its just enough to look nice for work, but not too high that I'll break an ankle.

I found the shoes are too hard for walk!I just wear them one morning and my crus muscle is soreness.It is incredible for shoes of CL.I don't think it's worth the price!
