I am 5feet about 123 pounds. is size small too tight or should i get a medium. asian girl. thanks

I’m 5’4, 140lbs and a medium fit perfect (my usual size).

Does anyone have pictures of this costume? The black one?

There are photos of the costume shown when you select 'Chun-Li Black'.

Is this like a dress or leotard Underneath? If it's the latter, are there snaps at the crotch?

It is a dress and wearing a leotard or shorts underneath is recommended

does it comes with the bracelets?

No. just white waist band and bun covers.
