Size:16 Ounce Capsicum (cayenne pepper) originated in the Tropical Americas, but is now cultivated across many lands. Historically, it's been a part of the human diet since at least 7500 BC! Aside from its flavor profile it has been known to demonstrate many benefits for health - ranging from boosting liver strength and circulation to aiding against impotence. Capsicum is rich in beta carotene, vitamins A, C, E and K, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, potassium and manganese. Overall, capsicum is one of the most useful “herbs” around. It has shown to: Support the digestive process, heart, immune system, kidneys, lungs, pancreas, spleen, and stomach. Improve circulation and bring nourishment to the cells of the arteries, capillaries and veins; helping to maintain healthy elasticity and blood pressure. Increase the effectiveness of other herbs, as a catalyst “bioenhancer.” Help to increase longevity, by stimulating a process called “autophagy.” Support weight-loss and quicker metabolism by inducing “thermogenesis” and increasing fat oxidation. Capsicum can also be used topically for pain relief. This is due to the compound “capsaicin,” responsible for the spicy flavor. Here’s how to make a salve at home (wear disposable latex gloves, do not get any in the eye or on sensitive areas.) Take 1oz HoneyCombs capsicum extract And ½ cup chilled coconut oil. (Chilled coconut oil will be solidified, which makes it easier to work onto the skin) Mix well Apply liberally over achy, inflamed muscles and joints. Store remainder of salve in the fridge until further use.*

This stuff works! Thanks Amazon and Honeycombs Ind!
I have been using this product for less that 3 weeks and have already lost significant inches! I haven't weighed myself; I'm just going by how my clothes are fitting. Before I started using this product I was wearing a size 14. Now, some of my shirts have become too sloppy to wear and I just got into a couple of dresses that are on the small side of size 12. And I haven't been starving myself or doing without everything I love to eat. During this time I have had a couple of small Dairy Queen cones, a box of Skinny Cow ice creams on a stick and consumed a couple bags of blue corn chips with salsa! Aside from this I eat pretty healthy, but cook with olive oil and have real butter on my toast. I have also had peach cobbler with ice cream at the music venue of a local restaurant. Imagine how much I might have lost if I was eliminating all of those things! I have to say, though, that you probably don't have to use the entire serving as stated on the bottle. 100,000mcg of capsaicin is way more than anyone needs. You would have to weigh 1,470 to need that much for optimal fat burning. After doing this plan for 4 or 5 days I experienced some discomfort to my upper left abdomen, which felt like possible ulcer pain, so I cut my serving of capsicum extract to about a third to a fourth of the dropper amount that fills when I lightly squeeze the top and I'm still getting results. To be totally truthful, I also walk about 30 minutes most days and do a few exercises--nothing strenuous.I'm sure I will be ordering Honeycombs Industries capsicum extract again.

Capsicum
This did help me lose weight and although I have GERD, it took a long time before it bothered my stomache. I will try pill form next time. Thank you. Oh be prepared to sweat.
