Will it work for a 2015 fiat 500?

Its slim enough to fit but it might be inconvenient to shift gears. I have mine in a Ford fusión. There is a console, so it just extends it. If you goggle the fusion console you'll know what i mean. Mine fits snug and doesn't wobble. Hope that helps.

What is the height at its shortest?

You can sit it right down on the seat so about 3 to 4 inches

2018 Hyundai Accent? I have no center console at all.

Hi friend, This car with a handbrake may not be suitable, and the use of the handbrake may be affected after installing the bracket.

What are the dimensions of the slot/insert piece?

It’s very thin 1/2 inch wide.
