Excellent for pancakes

I make excellent blueberry pancakes with this flour. It is a God send to have a flour I can eat with having celiac disease. I sometimes mix it half and half with Cassava flour. I will definitely buy it again!

Super nice product. I can really taste and feel the sweet potato. Thank you for making a product that helps me so much with my thousands of food allergies. You guys rock. You've made it possible for me to eat pizza!
