I just received my styler.. I tried to use it this morning. The unit would not turn on. Is there some secret or is this just a lemon?

To turn on the styler yo pu have to hold down the "on" botton (below the - button) for 5 to 10 seconds. Push directly on the button until the light on the stylist starts flashing.

Can you change size brush if you want a larger one later

Not that I am aware of. They come in 2 sizes, I have the larger and I have shoulder length hair. Hope this helps.

What doesn't the company stand behind their life time warranty? How can they offer it as life time and not stand behind it?

I ordered in January and wanted to return it in early march and they said it was beyond the return date. It may be Amazon doesn't stand behind the warranty or the company that sold it through Amazon.

I have loved this Perfecter but...3 years later all the teeth are falling out! One row only has 3 teeth left in it. Has this problem been fixed?

I had the SAME problem with TWO of them. My last one, in addition to the teeth falling out, just stopped working for no reason. Got the "E1" code. I've seen many others have the same problem so how the seller could respond to you saying they've been selling the product for 2 years and never heard of that happening is beyond me. It sucks because the product is excellent....WHEN IT WORKS AND DOESN'T LOSE TEETH. I can't find any other one that works on my hair so it is infuriating to have to but yet another one.
