Nimble shifting 7-speed freewheel cassette
This 7-speed freewheel cassette is uniquely designed for this style of spin-on hub. With an 11t-28t range of gearing it's optimal for road bikes. Easy to install with the proper equipment. Finished in chrome give a clean shiny appearance. Fit on a standard wheel hubs, provides smooth, quiet shifts. Works great, made my bikes final gear ratio is nearly 5:1. Fast, and a decent value for the money.

Works great!
Wanted to eliminate "ghost pedaling" (a/k/a hamster pedaling) in the upper gears of my e-bike (Bee Cool Explorer). This was a fairly easy upgrade, the hardest part is removing the old freewheel (you need the special freewheel tool and a long breaker bar attached to it). Once this new piece installed, I indexed my derailer to the new freewheel (there are dozens of you tube videos showing how easy this is) and then re-lubed my chain. I was quite impressed with how well my chain meshed with the teeth of this freewheel and how smoothly she shifted. I've eliminated the hamster effect of pedaling at higher speeds with no effect (akin to pedaling when you're going downhill). I will say that even in the mid-ranges, I feel more leg muscles working too, an added benefit for my old bones! I opted for staying with the 28T large gear and not going for the 32T or 34T. I live in Florida and we just don't have the kind of hills to need super-low gearing, otherwise I would have gone for it.

Surprisingly easy to install
My e-bike came with a 14-28t freewheel. I was ghost pedaling at 20mph. Switching to this 11-28 freewheel totally solved that problem. I can manage reasonable input above 28mph now. This was a great first step. I was also going to change my front chain ring from a 42t to a 46t, but held off because I would have needed to replace the whole crank set and get a larger chain. I’m glad I waited because just changing to a freewheel with an 11t vs the 14t made a huge improvement. I’ve only had it on for a couple of weeks so I can’t speak to the longevity. No problems yet and the install was easy with the optional removal tool they sell. The opening on the tool was the largest I have seen and I think will accommodate most quick release motor connections. Now I can still get exercise while traveling quickly. It’s good for keeping up with traffic or using less watts to extend my range in peddle assist 4 or 5.

Nice 7 speed 11-28 freewheel rear cog set
As described, quick ship, will mount and advise further upon use. A little heavy but going on e-bike, it appears to be quality made and would recommend.

Works on Vintage 3x7 Mountain Bike!
Worked perfectly on my vintage 90’s mountain bike. The drivetrain group set on the bike is Shimano and this freewheel works great with it.

No ghost pedaling
Used this flywheel to upgrade my e-bike. Really feel the pedaling now, no wasted effort and legwork.

works great as Shimano 14-28T freewheel replacement
I have used this seven speed 11-28T freewheel to replace the 14-28T Shimano freewheel on a couple of e-bikes. I wish that e-bike manufacturers would use a 11-28T freewheel as standard equipment. With the replacement I enjoy a slower cadence in 6th and 7th gears and can go up to 27% faster. Well worth the cost and effort in replacing the freewheel. Note that the shifter cable will need to be adjusted at the derailer by turning the knob CCW once the freewheel has been swapped. Recommended.

Bad teeth design and 11 teeth sprocket does not work at all
I bought this freewheel almost two years ago and remember how frustrated I was because I had spent a lot of time and simply could not get the 11 teeth sprocket work without slipping. I kind of stopped using the bike for a good year year because of that but recently started over and even bought a new chain (the old one was not worn) and still no success. First of all, as shown in other reviews, the teeth are oddly shaped and partially almost completely missing. That is the case even on the 11 and 13 teeth sprockets, even though it is clear that for these the entire chain tension is carried by only maybe 7 teeth, and yet they still put in these stupid rounded and way too short teeth. Now after replacing the chain (and the old one had accumulated a bit of dirt on the grease) I can clearly see to the side of the 11 teeth sprocket that the chain was in fact running on the freewheel shaft, instead of on the 11 teeth sprocket itself, I can clearly see the grease spots from the chain on the shaft, and the wear. Again, the brand new chain did not help here, it maybe made is worse, as it seems to slip even more. Overall, this is just a stupid design. It is possible that 11 teeth sprockets can work, if the freewheel shaft is smaller in diameter, or if there's normally shaped teeth, but the way they sold this, it just cannot work properly - by design!
