I have been using this maca powder for a few weeks and I am very happy with it. It is organic, natural, vegan and gelatinised, which means it is easier to digest and absorb. It has a mild nutty flavour and mixes well with water, milk, smoothies or porridge. I feel more energised, balanced and less stressed since I started taking it. It also helps with hormonal issues, mood swings and libido. This is yellow Maca Root powder. There is no indication of strength or concentration but because it is gelatanised (cooked) this removes the starch and therefore achieves some concentration. If you add to porridge you will need an additional 50ml of water and an additional spoonful of honey or sugar. It's a root vegetable so the poor taste is to be expected. The dose is supposed to be 1 spoonful a day (I take two) and that weighs 4 grams thus 4000mg. Many capsules on the market do not work these days - this works. Gelatanised types are supposed to be slow acting but this is fast acting. I highly recommend this product.

I had never tried Maca before - I've been adding it to my yogurt and absolutely love the nutty taste and earthy aroma. I have yet to notice a huge difference in my daily routine but I've only just started taking it. It does add to my protein intake and I'm hoping to start feeling even more energetic soon. This make seems quite trustworthy, at a reasonable price so will continue to purchase it.

This product doesn't taste good. It's difficult to start with especially if you are using it without any other flavor of your choice. Smells bad but product is of good quality. Keep an eye on the powdered product as some time you may inhale the particles. Use it in either a cold or hot drink.

OMG, the smell when you open this packet is absolutely divine! And seriously, the taste totally lives up to the amazing aroma. It's just so good. It's definitely a winner in my book.

I enjoy Maca. Many benefits. I like the malty flavour. This is the most flavoursome Maca root powder I have tried. I noticed the enhanced aroma when opening the pack. The colour was a shade darker than I was used to. And the flavour deeper and more complex. All this points to a fresh product. The energy boost is palpable. Excellent, I will buy this regularly. Highly recommended for Maca fans.

Healthy food always good. I have tried it on baking bread and mixed with protein taste is good.

La maca n'a jamais été un produit "savoureux". Ceux qui parlent du gout comme quoi c'est bon ou pas me font rire. C'est une sorte de navet la maca, comment vous voulez que ca soit agréable à manger/boire? Ce n'est pas pour le gout qu'on prend ce produit mais pour ses bénéfices. Récupération musculaire et vitalité (clin d'oeil coquin). Ici on a un produit de qualité. Faut pas chercher à le remuer instantanément (comme toutes les maca en poudre). Moi souvent je laisse la poudre dans mon verre avec un jus pendant quelques minutes, je remus 2 ou 3 fois et au bout de 5min c'est totalement dissous et mélangé. Le jus permet de faire passer le gout et de l'oublier. Et clairement moi qui prend du Guarana en plus de temps en temps (attention au dosage contrairement à la maca faut etre pointilleux pour ce produit), le gout c'est pas un soucis ici (le guarana par contre c'est autre chose mais encore une fois avec un bon jus ça passe).

A considerar: --> Difícil de disolver: Este es el único punto negativo real. Si la mezclas solo con una cuchara o en un vaso, se forman grumos fácilmente ya sea con agua caliente, natural o fría. 👉 Solución: uso un shaker y desde entonces no tengo ningún problema. También funciona bien al batirla con licuadora en smoothies o jugos. La maca será mi gran aliada para cuando me apetezca un café, tomarme una taza de maca y así evitar tomar café que no es beneficioso para el organismo.
