These beef sticks are flavorful and I don't know if they are supposed to be tough but it seems to me that they could have been a bit fresher than they were, which was pretty tough to chew. They arrived quickly and we're packed well but they were hard and difficult to chew.

These are so good! No sugar and a healthy snack choice. It doesn’t get any better.

I'm a vegetarian so I didn't try them but I heard they were good.

The flavor of these is great and they’re healthier than a lot of pepperoni stick options. But I’ve bought it from Amazon three times now and they aren’t as tasty as when I found them at Costco. They have some kind of powder on them - it makes them feel and taste dusty. And, the flavor seems stale. Maybe they’re old? The expiration date on my latest package was 8 months from when they arrived. I’m probably going to stop buying them Amazon but recommend them if you can find them locally!

tl:dr: Delicious and nutritious! They go fast but are costly. Hard to portion control on Zero Carb, so hard to portion these out. These things are amazing and I’m glad they exist! Finally, jerkies and smoked sausages are starting to be made without sugar! Each bag says to have four servings. But if you know anything about the Carnivore/Zero Carb diet, you’ll understand the philosophy of eating until you feel satisfied. Portion control is almost non-existent with the Carnivore way of eating as a result. So a single bag can disappear within minutes if you’re hungry. I bought four of these. Came home from work today to see they had arrived, and of course opened one to try them out. Before I knew it the bag was empty (they’re just that good) and I still want more! So keep in mind these are for snackage only. To stave off hunger until you can have a full meal. I’ll just have to learn to portion them off in the future. In Ziplock bags or something because once you start, it’s hard to stop! The lesson to be learned here is that these, while delicious, are costly and should be saved for times when you require sustenance but are in a situation where Carnivore-friendly food isn’t available. Three thumbs up!
